The 3rd floor is designated as apartments for rent. We have one and two bedrooms available, and we have furnished and unfurnished apartments. Loft sizes range from 680 sq. ft - 1,250 sq. ft.

Great views of downtown or the capital are available form every condominium. Each residence features a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view while taking in the fresh air.

We offer 6 or 12 month leases, and can also accomodate corporate leases for short-term stays of 1 to 3 months with a furnished apartment.
